Who You're Hiring

The students you wish had applied last year.

Companies tell us our interns are unusually sharp and unusually willing. Here is what tends to set them apart on day one.

Top-percentile minds

Our admissions bar is high. Many of our students are heading to top-tier US and Israeli universities after the program. They pick up new domains fast, ask the right questions, and write better than most adults you have hired.

Built for long days

Their daily schedule is structured and demanding from morning to evening. By the time they walk into your office, they have already done four hours of focused work. They show up to your role the same way.

Local, all year

They live in Tel Aviv from October through June, with a summer cohort running June through September. No remote-only excuses, no jet lag, no last-minute schedule conflicts. Reliable, in-person presence at your office.

Mature beyond their year

They chose this program over an easier gap year. That filter alone matters. They want responsibility, real work, and feedback that improves them. You will not be entertaining them. You will be hiring them.
